THE BRIEF

Landmark bar and restaurant Student Prince wanted to mark the first ever Mighty Oktoberfest in style.

Opened in 1935 the German Bar and Restaurant, host a three-day celebration that promises to be the wildest, most authentic Oktoberfest in the area.

With more than 50,000 people set to attend over the three days, Standing Ovations were tasked with curating an immersive brand activation that captured the essence of Oktoberfest, the Student Prince and Peter Pan Buslines.

THE WORK

Standing Ovations worked to capture the essence of Oktoberfest while also driving brand awareness of the Student Prince restaurant as well as corporate sponsors Peter Pan Buslines.

The Mirror Me Photo booth was fully branded and allowed guests to immerse themselves in the Oktoberfest experience.

In addition the Standing Ovations team also incorporated corporate branding of the restaurant through the onlay, start screen that greeted photo booth users as well as the end screen that waved them goodbye.

THE RESULTS

 

  • Hundreds of Oktoberfest visitors engaged directly with the brands and struck a pose in the immersive brand activation
  • Guests were treated to their very own memento with their very own Student Prince branded selfie printout to take home.
  • Brand awareness and engagement was further heightened with photo texting that included a branded return message.
